This Privacy Policy describes how AI-Empire ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Meeting AI ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address, name, and (if using Google) your profile picture. This is used to create and manage your account.
Audio & Transcription: The App captures microphone audio on your device to perform real-time transcription. Audio is sent to our secure backend for processing and is not stored after transcription is complete. Transcripts remain in your App session and are cleared when you close the App.
Usage Data: We track the number of AI responses generated per account to enforce the free tier limit (5 answers) and manage subscription status. We do not store the content of AI answers.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number. We receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status only.
Your account data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Audio data is processed in memory only and never written to disk on our servers. Your Supabase session token is stored encrypted on your local device using macOS's native Keychain-backed encryption.

The App can capture a screenshot of your screen when you press ⌘↵. Screenshots are sent directly to our AI model for analysis and are not stored on our servers. Screen capture only happens when you explicitly trigger it.
Account information is retained until you delete your account. Usage counts are retained while your account is active. Transcription and AI response content is never stored on our servers. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing aitha.brm@gmail.com.
The App is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
