Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Meeting AI ("the App") operated by AI-Empire ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Meeting AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Meeting AI is a macOS desktop application that provides real-time audio transcription and AI-powered assistance during meetings and interviews. Features include:
You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at aitha.brm@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Free Tier: New accounts receive 5 complimentary AI responses at no charge. Transcription is not counted against this limit.
Pro Subscription: After exhausting the free tier, continued access to AI features requires a Pro subscription at $9.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file through Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if the App does not function as described. Contact aitha.brm@gmail.com to request a refund.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding recording and transcribing conversations. Laws vary by jurisdiction — in many places, all-party consent is required before recording. We do not assume any liability for your failure to obtain required consents.
The App, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the exclusive property of AI-Empire and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.
Content you generate using the App (transcripts, AI-generated answers) belongs to you. You grant us no ownership rights over your content.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI-EMPIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold AI-Empire, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ceases. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
